A. This product was designed to be used directly on Stains and Odors as a standalone product, however we do have a commercial client that does use it in their carpet shampooer. But ordinarily, we would not recommend it.
Q. Does it Deter Pets from Returning to the Same Spot they had Previously Soiled?
A. When used as directed and after all odors have been fully removed, it does act as a deterrent so that Pets will not return to soil the same area.

A. Yes we do. There are detailed instructions on the back of the bottle that explain how to best use the product. We also send follow-up emails after you complete your purchase and even after you have received the product, with detailed instructions and tips for using it.

A. This varies from person to person. There are some who say it smells like Bubblegum, others who say Spearmint, while others hardly detect a scent at all.
